My name is Madison Cannon and I am an illustrator and designer currently based in Mississippi.

I have been an avid storyteller and artist since I was a child. I think nothing goes hand in hand with each other more than art and creative writing, and that’s why visual storytelling is a major creative outlet for me. I love to create original characters, build immersive worlds to place them in, and write compelling stories for them to take part in. And with the threat of AI looming, it is my firm belief that we need artists more than ever today to continue creating and telling stories made by humans for humans.

I have completed multiple projects that showcase my proficiency in various design tools and platforms, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign as well as illustration programs such as Procreate and Clip Studio Paint, both of which I have used for personal and school-related projects, respectively. My goal at the moment is find an entry level position that potentially combines my passions for art and writing to create innovative and engaging visual content.

In my spare time, I enjoy drawing, writing, playing video games, listening to musical soundtracks, and watching funny YouTube videos.
